Introduction
The popular 1N957B through 1N992B series 0.5W Zener voltage regulators offer standard voltage selections from 6.8 to 200V with 5% or 10% tolerances, with tighter tolerances available via different suffix letters in the part number. These glass axial-lead DO-35 Zener diodes also support an optional "-1" suffix for internal metallurgical bonding and an "e3" suffix for RoHS compliance. Microsemi offers a wide range of additional Zener products to meet higher and lower power application requirements.

- Internal metallurgical bonding option available by adding "-1" suffix
- Surface mount equivalents available as MLL957B to MLL992B, or with "-1" suffix in DO-213AA MELF package for bonding (consult factory for other options)
- RoHS-compliant devices available by adding "e3" suffix
- DO-7 glass case axial-lead Zener diode equivalents also available
