Nisshinbo Micro Devices Inc. R3112N291A-TR-FA

The R3112x series are CMOS-based voltage detector ICs featuring high detection threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current, capable of operating at extremely low voltages for applications such as system reset. Each IC consists of a voltage reference unit, comparator, resistor network for setting the detection threshold, output driver, hysteresis circuit, and output delay circuit. The detection threshold is internally fixed with high precision, requiring no adjustment. Two output types are available: N-channel open-drain and CMOS. Three package options are available for high-density board mounting: SOT-23-5, compact SC-82AB, SC-88A, and ultra-compact SON1612-6.
