Introduction
Low-power, freely adjustable delay time CMOS reset IC series — fabricated using CMOS process, this is a high-accuracy, low quiescent current reset IC series with built-in delay circuit. The delay time can be set via an external capacitor. To meet various application requirements, both Nch open-drain output (BD52xx) series and CMOS output (BD53xx) series are available. The detection voltage range spans from 2.3V to 6.0V in 0.1V increments.
