Introduction
The S-5813A/5814A series are single-chip, high-accuracy temperature sensor ICs that provide a linear output voltage in response to temperature changes. Each chip consists of a temperature sensor, a constant current circuit, and an operational amplifier. The operating ambient temperature range is -40°C to +100°C. These devices offer better linearity than other temperature sensors such as thermistors and are suitable for a wide range of temperature control applications.
