MAXIM MAX324CUA

The MAX323/MAX324/MAX325 are precision dual single-pole single-throw analog switches. They are single-supply devices designed to operate over a 2.7V to 16V supply voltage range. The MAX323 features two normally open (NO) switches, the MAX324 features two normally closed (NC) switches, and the MAX325 features one NO switch and one NC switch. Low power consumption (5μW) makes these devices ideal for battery-powered equipment. These switches offer low leakage current (100pA max) and fast switching speed (tON = 150ns max, tOFF = 100ns max).

When operating from a 5V supply, the MAX323 family provides channel-to-channel matching of 2Ω max, on-resistance of 60Ω max, and RON flatness of 6Ω max.

These switches also provide charge injection of 5pC max and a minimum ESD withstand voltage of 2000V per Method 3015.7.
