Introduction
The NJU7262 series is a C-MOS boost switching regulator incorporating a precision voltage reference, error amplifier, CR oscillator, control circuit, switching transistor, diode, and resistors. The operating clock is generated on-chip or can be externally input, and a standby function is provided to effectively reduce power consumption. The regulated output voltage is fixed by internal circuitry, and multiple versions with different output voltages are available in the series. Due to its small package size, low operating voltage, and low operating current, this series is suitable for portable or battery-powered devices.
