The AirMatrix Surface Mount Fuse AF series, with the 2410 size, is suitable for a wide range of applications, including power supplies such as DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, and backlight drivers. They are also applicable to consumer electronics, such as LCD TVs, plasma displays, DVDs, and PCMs, as well as communication technology equipment, such as telecommunication systems, network devices, modems, routers, and base stations. In addition, they can be used in office automation electronic devices and IT products, such as LCD monitors, laptops, and PC servers. These fuses have fast response characteristics at 200% overload current levels and excellent inrush current withstand capability. The fuse body is made of glass fiber-reinforced epoxy resin, and the fuse link is a copper or copper alloy composite material. The terminals are copper plated with nickel and tin, ensuring high reliability. These fuses are halogen-free, comply with RoHS standards, and are completely lead-free. Their operating temperature range is from -55°C to +125°C (with derating). The dimensions of the 2410 size fuses are as follows:

• Width (W): 0.098 ± 0.006 inches (2.49 ± 0.15 mm)
• Thickness (T): 0.085 ± 0.008 inches (2.16 ± 0.20 mm)
• Terminal width (B): 0.053 ± 0.015 inches (1.35 ± 0.38 mm)

These fuses are packaged in tape and reel, with 2,000 components per 7-inch (178 mm) reel for the 2410 size. They have passed the Underwriters Laboratories' Component Recognition Program and obtained PSE, TUV, and CQC certifications.
