LKP41202DF is a series of low dropout linear regulators (LDO) powered by a 2.3V~6.5V supply, with a maximum output current of 2A. The device employs an advanced proprietary architecture to deliver high PSRR and ultra-low noise performance, achieving excellent line and load transient response with a single small 4.7 μF ceramic output capacitor. LKP41202DF is available in fixed output voltage options and an adjustable version. Startup time can be controlled via the soft-start pin to limit inrush current. Typical startup time with a 1 nF soft-start capacitor is 1.0 ms. Output noise is 6 μV rms (10Hz~100kHz). Housed in an 8-pin 3 mm × 3 mm DFN8 package, it offers an extremely compact solution with excellent thermal performance for applications requiring up to 2A output current, featuring a low profile and small PCB footprint.
