Introduction
The LM2901Q/LM2901AQ/LM2903Q/LM2903AQ series comparators consist of four and two independent precision voltage comparators with very low input offset voltage specification. They are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages; however operation from split power supplies is also possible. They offer low power supply current independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage. The LM2901Q/LM2901AQ/LM2903Q/LM2903AQ series comparators are designed to directly interface with TTL and CMOS. The LM2903Q/LM2903AQ dual devices are available in SO - 8, MSOP - 8 and TSSOP - 8 packages; and the LM2901Q/LM2901AQ quad devices are available in SO - 14 and TSSOP - 14 packages - all are in industry - standard pinouts. All devices use "green" mold compound and have been qualified to AEC - Q100 Grade 1 and are automotive compliant, supporting PPAPs.
