The ISO733x-Q1 series of devices provide current isolation of up to 3000 VRMS for up to 1 minute in accordance with UL 1577 standards, and 4242 VPK isolation in accordance with VDE V 0884-10 standards. These devices feature three isolated channels, with their logic inputs and output buffers separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO₂) insulation barrier. The ISO7330-Q1 has three non-inverting channels, while the ISO7331-Q1 has two forward channels and one reverse channel. In the event of input power or signal loss, the default output is low (when the device's order part number has the suffix F) or high (when the device's order part number does not have the suffix F). When used with an isolated power supply, these devices help prevent noise currents on the data bus or other circuits from entering the local ground or causing interference or damage to sensitive circuits. The ISO733x-Q1 series of devices have integrated noise filters for harsh industrial environments where short noise pulses may appear on the device's input pins. The ISO733x-Q1 series of devices have transistor-transistor logic (TTL) input thresholds and operate over a voltage range of 3V to 5.5V. Thanks to innovative chip design and wiring technology, the electromagnetic compatibility of the ISO733x-Q1 series of devices has been significantly enhanced, ensuring system-level ESD, EFT, and surge protection and compliance with radiation standards.
