TI SN65HVD01DRCR

The SN65HVD01 is a low-power RS-485 transceiver with selectable 250ksps or 20Mbps data rate, operating from a 1.65V to 3.6V supply for data and enable signals, and a 3.3V ±10% supply for bus signals. This device is designed for applications requiring synchronous (parallel transceiver) signal timing. On-chip transient suppression protects the device from damage caused by IEC 61000 ESD and EFT transients.

This device integrates a differential driver and a differential receiver, internally connected to form a bus port suitable for half-duplex (two-wire bus) communication. The device features a wide common-mode voltage range, making it well-suited for multipoint applications over long cable runs. The SN65HVD01 is available in an ultra-compact 3mm×3mm SON package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
