TI TMUX1219DCKR

The TMUX1219 is a general-purpose CMOS SPDT switch. The TMUX1219 switches between two input supplies based on the state of the SEL pin. The wide supply voltage operating range of 1.08V to 5.5V supports applications ranging from personal electronics to building automation. The device supports bidirectional analog and digital signals ranging from GND to VDD on the source (Sx) and drain (D) pins. Low supply current of 4nA makes it suitable for portable applications. All logic inputs feature 1.8V logic-compatible thresholds that ensure TTL and CMOS logic compatibility when the device operates within the valid supply voltage range. Fail-safe logic circuitry allows voltage to be applied to control pins before the supply pin, protecting the device from potential damage.
