Introduction
The OPAx316 family of single, dual, and quad op amps represents a new generation of general-purpose, low-power op amps. The combination of rail-to-rail input and output swing, low quiescent current (typical 400μA/channel), 10MHz wide bandwidth, and ultralow noise (11nV/√Hz at 1kHz) makes this family highly attractive for a wide range of applications. Low input bias current supports op amp use in applications with megaohm-level source impedances.
The OPAx316 devices feature a robust design for ease of use by circuit designers, with a unity-gain stable integrated RFI/EMI rejection filter, no phase inversion under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (4kV HBM).
These devices are optimized for low-voltage operation from 1.8V (±0.9V) to 5.5V (±2.75V). As the latest addition to the low-voltage CMOS op amp portfolio alongside the OPAx313 and OPAx314, they offer users a broad selection of bandwidth, noise, and power options to meet the diverse requirements of a wide range of applications.
