Introduction
CH92S, CH92E, and CH92T are small, general-purpose digital Hall-effect devices actuated by a magnetic field from a permanent magnet or an electromagnet. These unipolar sensors are designed to meet the needs of a wide range of potential applications, suited for simple, high-volume, cost-sensitive position and motion sensing applications. The supply voltage range of 3.3Vdc to 30Vdc makes the device usable across an extremely wide range of voltage applications. These sensors are offered in two package styles: CH92S in an ultra-small SOT-23-3L SMT package, CH92E in an ultra-small SOT-89-3L SMT package, and CH92T in a leaded, flat TO-92-style package. CH92S and CH92E are available in tape-and-reel packaging, and CH92T is available in bulk packaging.
