ZHONGKEWEI AT8236

The AT8236 is a DC brushed motor driver capable of bidirectionally controlling a motor with a peak current of up to 6A. Using current decay modes, motor speed can be controlled by applying PWM to the input signals, with a low-power sleep mode also available. The AT8236 integrates synchronous rectification, significantly reducing system power dissipation requirements. Internal protection features include overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, and overtemperature protection. The AT8236N provides a fault detection output pin. The AT8236 is offered in an ESOP8 package with an exposed pad for improved thermal performance, and is a lead-free, RoHS-compliant product.
