Introduction
This device is a 128Mb serial Flash memory using CMOS MXSMIO® (Serial Multi-I/O) technology. The memory array is configurable as 134,217,728 x 1-bit, 67,108,864 x 2-bit (Dual I/O mode), or 33,554,432 x 4-bit (Quad I/O mode). It supports Single I/O, Dual I/O, and Quad I/O protocols, along with a performance enhancement mode (XIP, eXecute-In-Place). The device provides advanced security features, including block lock protection, individual sector protection (solid protection), and an additional 4Kb secure OTP memory. It also supports Serial Flash Discoverable Parameters mode and includes commands for electronic identification.
