The NuMicro NUC200 series are 32-bit microcontrollers with an embedded ARM® Cortex™-M0 core, designed for industrial control and applications requiring rich communication interfaces. The Cortex™-M0 is ARM's latest 32-bit embedded processor, offering cost competitiveness comparable to traditional 8051 microcontrollers. The NuMicro NUC200 series includes the NUC200 and NUC220.

The NuMicro NUC200 Advanced Line embeds a Cortex™-M0 core running at up to 50 MHz, with built-in 32K/64K/128K bytes of Flash memory, 8K/16K bytes of SRAM, and 4K bytes of ROM for storing ISP boot code. It also features a rich set of peripherals, including timers, watchdog timer, window watchdog timer, RTC, PDMA with CRC calculation unit, UART, SPI, I2C, I2S, PWM timers, GPIO, PS/2, Smart Card host, 12-bit ADC, analog comparators, low-voltage reset control, and brown-out detection.

The NuMicro NUC220 USB Line features a full-speed USB 2.0 device controller, with an embedded Cortex™-M0 core running at up to 50 MHz, built-in 32K/64K/128K bytes of Flash memory, 8K/16K bytes of SRAM, and 4K bytes of ROM for storing ISP boot code. It also features a rich set of peripherals, including timers, watchdog timer, window watchdog timer, RTC, PDMA with CRC calculation unit, UART, SPI, I2C, I2S, PWM timers, GPIO, PS/2, USB 2.0 FS device, Smart Card host, 12-bit ADC, analog comparators, low-voltage reset control, and brown-out detection.
