GATEMODE YD3082EESA

YD3082E is a high-speed RS-485 transceiver with ±15kV ESD protection, integrating one driver and one receiver. The device features a failsafe circuit that ensures the receiver output remains logic high when the receiver inputs are open or shorted. This means the receiver output stays logic high even when all transmitters on a terminated bus are disabled. The YD3082E driver has an unslew-rate-limited output, enabling data rates up to 1Mbps. All driver outputs and receiver inputs are protected to ±15kV using the Human Body Model. The typical supply current is 140μA under no-load conditions or with the driver disabled under full load. The device features 1/8 unit load receiver input impedance, allowing up to 256 transceivers on the bus. The YD3082E is designed for half-duplex communication.
