Introduction
These data selectors/multiplexers with Schottky clamps incorporate inverters and drivers to provide fully complementary on-chip binary-decoded data selection for AND-OR gates. Each of the two four-line sections has a separate output control input. The three-state outputs can interface with and drive the data lines of bus-organized systems. When all common outputs except one are disabled (high impedance), the low impedance of the single enabled output can drive the bus line to either a logic-high or logic-low level.
