Descripción
The SC92F741X is a series of enhanced high-speed 1T 8051-core industrial-grade Flash microcontrollers, with an instruction set fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product family.
The SC92F741X integrates 16 Kbytes Flash ROM, 1 Kbytes SRAM, 128 bytes EEPROM, up to 26 GP I/Os, 13 IOs with external interrupt capability, three 16-bit timers, 11-channel 12-bit high-precision ADC, 6-channel independent 10-bit PWM, an internal ±1% high-precision high-frequency 24/12/6/2 MHz oscillator and low-frequency 32K oscillator, external crystal oscillator support, one UART, and one SSI multi-function communication port (selectable among UART/SPI/TWI). To enhance reliability and simplify customer circuit design, the SC92F741X also integrates high-reliability circuits such as a 4-level selectable voltage LVR and a 2.4V reference voltage for ADC. The SC92F741X offers outstanding EMI immunity and is well-suited for main control applications across a wide range of use cases, including large and small smart home appliances, smart home systems, IoT, wireless communications, gaming consoles, and other industrial control and consumer application fields.
