Introduction
The UMW TSV639x series dual and quad operational amplifiers offer low-voltage operation with rail-to-rail input and output. For gain-configured applications, the UMW TSV639x series delivers an excellent speed-to-power ratio, achieving a gain-bandwidth product of 2.4 MHz while consuming only 60 μA at 5V. The devices also feature ultra-low input bias current and a shutdown mode (UMW TSV6393, UMW TSV6395). These characteristics make the TSV639x series ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-powered and portable applications, and active filters.
