Description
General-purpose, unity-gain difference amplifier optimized for applications demanding low power consumption and high performance. It features greater than 104 dB CMRR and 500 kHz bandwidth while drawing only 330 μA supply current. The common-mode input voltage range extends to twice the supply voltage, making it particularly suitable for high-voltage signal conditioning at low supply voltages.
A unique design enables ±65 V voltage withstand capability under both power-on and power-off conditions, protecting downstream circuitry and the overall system. On-chip over-temperature protection is also provided to handle potentially harsh operating environments or unexpected conditions. When the junction temperature reaches 150 °C, over-temperature protection is automatically triggered, the device enters shutdown mode, supply current drops significantly, and the amplifier's input and output pins enter a high-impedance state. When the junction temperature falls to 130 °C, the device restarts and resumes normal operation.
