Descrição
The device integrates an Arm Cortex-M33 32-bit RISC core based on the Armv8-M architecture with support for Arm TrustZone technology. The core features a floating-point unit, single-precision FPU data processing instructions, and a memory protection unit, operating at up to 250 MHz, with a comprehensive DSP instruction set and a memory protection unit for enhanced application security. The device uses high-speed embedded memory, featuring up to 2 MB of dual-bank flash with simultaneous read/write support, and up to 640 KB of SRAM including ECC memory. The device also provides a wide range of enhanced I/O interfaces and peripherals connected to two APB buses, two AHB buses, a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, and a multi-layer AXI interconnect matrix. All devices offer three 12-bit ADCs, two DACs, two ultra-low-power comparators, one low-power RTC, one high-resolution timer, twelve general-purpose 16-bit timers, two general-purpose 32-bit timers, two low-power 16-bit timers, two watchdog timers, and two SysTick timers. The device supports a digital filter math accelerator for external Sigma-Delta modulators and a trigonometric function accelerator. The device also features standard and advanced communication interfaces, including four I2C interfaces, one I3C interface, six SPI interfaces, three full-duplex I2S interfaces, four USART interfaces, eight UART interfaces, one low-power UART interface, two SAI serial audio interfaces, two FDCAN controllers, one octo-SPI flash interface, one SD/SDIO/MMC interface, one Ethernet interface, one USB 2.0 full-speed host and device controller, one USB Type-C/USB power delivery interface, one HDMI-CEC controller, one camera interface, and one parallel synchronous slave interface. The device integrates multiple protection mechanisms for embedded flash and SRAM, including read protection, write protection, proprietary code readout protection, and firewall. The device operates from a supply voltage of 1.71 V to 3.6 V over a temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C, with select variants rated up to 125 °C. Multiple power-saving modes enable the design of low-power applications. The device is available in multiple package options.
