The SC91F746 is an enhanced ultra-fast 1T 8051 industrial-grade Flash microcontroller with an instruction set fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product family. It integrates extensive on-chip resources, including: 16KB Flash ROM (internal 256 Bytes usable as EEPROM), 1KB SRAM, 26 GP I/Os, two 16-bit timers, one independent baud-rate UART, seven 12-bit high-precision ADC channels, six external interrupt ports (channels 1/2/3 support dual-edge interrupts), two 8-bit PWM channels (selectable output to two different I/Os), an internal 1% high-precision 16/8/4/1MHz oscillator, a built-in 32K oscillator, and an external 32K real-time clock timer. To enhance reliability and simplify circuit design, the device also integrates high-reliability power management circuits, including a 4-level selectable voltage LVR, a 2.4V reference voltage for ADC, and a WDT. It features excellent noise immunity and anti-EMI capability, making it well suited for large and small smart home appliances, smart home systems, and consumer products.
