The VS-CPU60 series represents advanced ultrafast recovery rectifier technology, with a design optimized for forward voltage drop and ultrafast recovery time performance. The planar structure combined with platinum-doped lifetime control technology ensures excellent overall performance, robustness, and reliability. These devices are suitable for use as output rectifiers in switch-mode power supplies, uninterruptible power supplies, and DC/DC converters, as well as freewheeling diodes in low-voltage inverters and chopper motor drives. Their highly optimized stored charge and low recovery current minimize switching losses and reduce additional power dissipation in switching elements and snubber circuits.
