QX2304 is a high-efficiency, low-power, low-ripple, high-frequency PFM synchronous boost DC/DC converter. Only three external components are required to boost a low input voltage to the desired operating voltage. The output voltage can be set via an internal trimming circuit (0.1V steps). The integrated synchronous switch achieves up to 95% efficiency. Operating in PFM mode effectively reduces ripple under light-load conditions. With extremely low quiescent current, it is especially suited for handheld electronic device applications. Available in SOT23, SOT23-5, SOT89-3, and TO92 packages.
