The XP series devices are quartz-based ultra-low phase noise PLL oscillators supporting a wide frequency range and multiple output interface types. These devices are designed to operate from three different supply voltages, offered in three package sizes with multiple pin configurations, and available in three operating temperature ranges. The series supports programmable output frequencies from 15MHz to 2100MHz with resolution down to 1Hz accuracy. The configurability of this device family enables rapid delivery for both sample and volume production orders. Devices can be factory-programmed for fixed-frequency applications or field-programmed via I²C to meet system requirements.
