TI TPS22994RUKR

The TPS22994 is a multi-channel, low-RON load switch with user-programmable features. This device includes four N-channel MOSFET switches capable of operating over an input voltage range of 1.0V to 3.6V. Since the switches can be controlled via I²C, the device is well-suited for processors with limited GPIO.

The rise time of the TPS22994 is internally controlled to prevent inrush current. The TPS22994 offers five programmable slew rate options, four turn-on delay options, and four quick output discharge (QOD) resistance options.

The channels of this device can be controlled by either GPIO or I²C. The default operating mode is GPIO control via the ONx pins. The I²C slave address pin can be connected to high or low to assign 7 unique device addresses.

The TPS22994 is available in a space-saving RUK package (0.4mm ball pitch) and is rated for operation over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
