This is a piezoelectric proximity-mode sensor with push-button programmable sensing window limits and bipolar discrete outputs. It provides ultrasonic proximity detection over a range of 100mm to 1400mm (4 in to 55 in), with push-button teach-mode programming of sensing window limits and digital filtering for effective rejection of electrical and acoustic noise. Operating voltage is 12V DC to 24V DC with bipolar outputs (one NPN and one PNP), switch-selectable for ON/OFF presence detection or HIGH/LOW level control. Operating temperature range is -25°C to +70°C (-13°F to +158°F), with temperature compensation available on select models. Rugged design for demanding sensing environments, rated IP67, NEMA 6P. Users may choose models with 2m (6.5 ft) or 9m (30 ft) unterminated cables, or models with 7/8 in - 16UNF or M12 quick-disconnect connectors, plus an external enable/disable function for remote gating control. Analog models and additional range options are also available.
