Introduction
The LMR33620-Q1 regulator meets automotive standards and is an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC converter that delivers excellent efficiency for demanding applications. The LMR33620-Q1 can drive up to 2A of load current with input voltages up to 36V. The LMR33620-Q1 provides excellent light-load efficiency and output accuracy in an ultra-small solution size. Features such as a power good flag and precision enable facilitate flexible, easy-to-use solutions across a wide range of applications. The LMR33620-Q1 automatically folds back frequency under light-load conditions to improve efficiency. The device integrates most external components and offers a pin arrangement designed for simple PCB layout. Protection features include thermal shutdown, input undervoltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and hiccup short-circuit protection. The LMR33620-Q1 is available in a 12-pin 3mm×2mm new VQFN package with wettable flanks.
