Introduction
The OPAx314-Q1 is a family of low-power, rail-to-rail input and output op amps. These devices operate over a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, are unity-gain stable, and are suitable for a wide range of general-purpose applications. The class AB output stage is capable of driving loads of 10kΩ or less connected to any point between V+ and ground. The input common-mode voltage range includes both supply rails, enabling the OPAx314-Q1 family to be used in virtually any single-supply application. The rail-to-rail input and output swing significantly extends the dynamic range — especially in low-supply applications — making these devices ideal for driving sampling ADCs.
