This product is a shrouded 0.25-inch square pin connector with a 0.100-inch (2.54mm) pitch, available in TST/HTST/ZST series. For insulation material, TST and ZST use black glass-filled polyester, while HTST uses natural LCP; minimum insulation resistance is 5000MΩ; terminal material is phosphor bronze, plated with 50 microinches (1.27μm) of nickel followed by gold or tin plating. Operating temperature range is -55°C ~ +105°C for tin-plated versions and -55°C ~ +125°C for all others, with a voltage rating of 425VAC/600VDC. For processing, HTST supports lead-free soldering, while TST and ZST support leaded wave soldering only; SMT pin coplanarity is 0.004 inches (0.10mm) maximum for 05–15 pins and 0.006 inches (0.15mm) maximum for 17–36 pins. In terms of series, TST is a cable IDC connector and HTST is a high-temperature cable IDC connector. Standard pin counts per row include 05, 07, 08, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 20, 25, 32, and 36. Pin styles can be specified from the chart, plating options include gold plating, and row configuration options include dual-row through-hole (-D) and dual-row surface mount (-DV, HTST only).
