Introduction
This surface-mount series of void-free, hermetically sealed bidirectional TVS devices is designed to MIL-PRF-19500/516 and is ideal for high-reliability applications where failure cannot be tolerated. They offer working peak "off-state" voltage options from 5.7 to 152 volts, with a power rating of 500 watts for 10/1000 μs pulses. Constructed with hard-glass technology and internal "Class 1" metallurgical bonding, these devices are extremely rugged. Available in both non-suffix and "A" versions as described in the Part Numbering section, they offer different voltage tolerances. These devices are also available in axial-lead packages for through-hole mounting.
