Descripción
1N5518BUR-1 to 1N5546BUR-1 series 0.5W glass SMT Zener voltage regulators, available in 3.3V to 33V selections with tolerances ranging from ±1% to ±20%. Unless otherwise specified, the standard tolerance is ±5% with B suffix. These glass SMT devices offer an internal metallurgical bonding option. This bonded Zener package construction also meets JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV standards. Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener products to address higher and lower power application requirements.

- JEDEC registered part numbers 1N5518 through 1N5546.
- Available in ±20%, 10%, 5%, 2%, and 1% voltage tolerances.
- Internal metallurgical bonding.
- Available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV qualifications per MIL-PRF-19500/437.
- RoHS-compliant versions available (commercial grade only).
