Introduction
The 1N4099UR through 1N4135UR and 1N4614UR through 1N4627UR series are 0.5W glass surface mount DO-213AA Zener voltage regulators offering standard 5% tolerance selections from 1.8V to 100V, as well as tighter tolerance selections identified by different suffix letters on the part number. An internal metallurgical bonding option is also available by adding a "-1" suffix (see separate datasheet), including JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV qualifications. Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener products to meet higher and lower power application requirements.
