KEMET T498 is a high-temperature product that delivers optimal performance characteristics in applications with operating temperatures up to 150°C. Advanced materials and testing enable the T498 AUTO to achieve a reliability level of 0.5%/1000 hours at rated voltage and temperature. This series carries a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) of 1 per J STD 020, meaning unlimited floor life at ≤30°C/85% relative humidity. The T498 is available in five standard EIA case sizes with standard terminations that are RoHS compliant.
