The XPC/XPCL and XPX/XPXL series sensors integrate silicon micromachined sensing technology, temperature compensation, and calibration, offering a range of low-cost packaging solutions. These piezoresistive pressure sensors feature a micromachined silicon die mounted on a ceramic substrate and protected by a plastic cover. Multiple tubular configurations with nylon housings are available to suit various pressure applications.
