The SiT5157 is a MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm accuracy, designed for optimal dynamic performance. It is ideal for high-reliability telecom, wireless and networking, industrial, precision GNSS, and audio/video applications.

Leveraging SiTime's unique DualMEMS temperature sensing and TurboCompensation technology, the SiT5157 delivers best-in-class dynamic performance for timing stability in the presence of environmental disturbances such as airflow, temperature perturbations, vibration, shock, and EMI. The device also integrates multiple on-chip regulators to filter power supply noise, eliminating the need for dedicated external LDOs.

The SiT5157 is available in three device configurations, orderable via ordering code:

1. TCXO with non-adjustable output frequency;
2. VCTCXO allowing voltage-controlled output frequency adjustment;
3. DCTCXO supporting digitally controlled output frequency via I²C interface, with tuning resolution up to 5 ppt (parts per trillion).

The SiT5157 can be factory-programmed for any combination of frequency, stability, voltage, and tuning range. Programmability enables designers to optimize clock configurations while eliminating the long lead times and custom costs associated with quartz devices, where each frequency is custom-made.
