The SiT5155 is a ±0.5 ppm MEMS Super-TCXO designed for high-reliability, GNSS-based precision positioning and timing applications.

Leveraging SiTime's proprietary DualMEMS™ temperature sensing and TurboCompensation™ technology, the SiT5155 delivers optimized dynamic performance for timing stability in the presence of environmental disturbances such as airflow, temperature perturbations, vibration, shock, and EMI. The device also integrates multiple on-chip voltage regulators to filter power supply noise, eliminating the need for dedicated external LDOs.

The SiT5155 is offered in three device configurations, orderable via ordering codes:

1. TCXO with a non-adjustable output frequency;
2. VCTCXO allowing voltage-controlled output frequency adjustment;
3. DCTCXO supporting digitally controlled output frequency via an I²C interface, with frequency adjustment resolution down to 5 ppt (parts per trillion).

The SiT5155 can be factory-programmed for specific combinations of frequency, voltage, and pulling range. This programmability enables designers to optimize clock configurations while eliminating the long lead times and customization costs associated with quartz devices, where each frequency requires a custom part.
