XBLW AMS1117-5.0(XBLW)

XBLW AMS1117 is a low dropout linear regulator capable of delivering 1A output current. This series includes both fixed and adjustable output voltage versions, with an output voltage accuracy of ±1.5%. To ensure the stability of the chip and the power supply system, the XBLW AMS1117 features built-in thermal protection and current limiting protection. Additionally, trimming technology is employed to guarantee the output voltage accuracy is maintained within ±1.5%. The XBLW AMS1117 is available in SOT-223, TO-252-2L, and SOT-89 packages.
