TI LMR36510ADDAR

The LMR36510 regulator is an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC SIMPLE SWITCHER converter. With integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs, it delivers up to 1A output current over a wide 4.2V to 65V input voltage range. Transient voltage tolerance up to 70V helps reduce solution size and cost by providing overvoltage protection and meeting the IEC 61000-4-5 surge immunity requirements.

The LMR36510 uses a peak current mode control scheme to deliver excellent efficiency and output voltage accuracy. The precision enable feature provides the flexibility to connect directly to a wide input voltage or to precisely control device startup and shutdown. The power-good flag with built-in filtering and delay provides a true indication of system status, eliminating the need for an external supervisor.

With integrated internal compensation, the device reduces external component count and offers a pin assignment optimized for simple PCB layout. Its feature set is designed to simplify implementation across a wide range of end equipment. The LMR36510 is pin-to-pin compatible with the LMR36520 (65V, 2A), LMR33610, LMR33620, LMR33630, and LMR33640 (36V, 1A/2A/3A/4A), completing the latest family of SIMPLE SWITCHER converters. This enhances the ease of use and scalability of wide input voltage converters across commonly used voltage and current ratings without requiring a PCB layout redesign, reducing overall cost and design effort while shortening time to market.

The LMR36510 is available in an 8-pin HSOIC package.
