TI TMUX1101DBVR

The TMUX1101 and TMUX1102 are precision Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor (CMOS) Single-Pole Single-Throw (SPST) switches. The wide supply voltage operating range from 1.08V to 5.5V supports a wide range of applications from medical devices to industrial systems. These devices support bidirectional analog and digital signals in the range from GND to VDD on the source (S) and drain (D) pins. The logic control input (SEL) has a threshold compatible with 1.8V logic levels. This threshold ensures logic compatibility with TTL and CMOS when the device operates within the valid supply voltage range. When SEL is logic 1, the switch of TMUX1101 turns on, while when SEL is logic 0, TMUX1102 turns on. The fail-safe logic circuit requires applying voltage to the SEL pin first and then to the power supply pin to protect the device from potential damage. The TMUX110x devices are part of a series of precision switch and multiplexer devices. These devices have very low on- and off-state leakage currents and low charge injection, thus providing excellent functionality and safety for high-precision measurement applications. The low supply current of 3nA and small package options make them suitable for portable application standards.
