The MAX6674 is a thermocouple-to-digital converter with cold-junction compensation, capable of performing cold-junction compensation and digitizing K-type thermocouple signals. Data is output in a 10-bit resolution, SPI-compatible, read-only format. The converter offers a temperature resolution of 0.125°C, allows readings up to +128°C, and provides thermocouple accuracy of ±2°C over a temperature range of 0°C to +125°C.
