Introduction
The UES804 series ultra-fast high-efficiency rectifiers are designed for power switching circuits operating at 20kHz or higher frequencies. These devices have been proven to withstand 25,000 power stress cycles at rated forward current without a heat sink. This causes the case temperature to rise 75°C, at which point the current is removed to simulate worst-case application conditions. Switching time variation with temperature or current is relatively small.
