CMV20000 is a global shutter CMOS image sensor with 5120×3840 pixels. The image array consists of 6.4μm×6.4μm pipelined global shutter pixels, enabling exposure during readout while performing CDS operations. The image sensor features 16 12-bit digital LVDS outputs (serial). It also integrates a programmable gain amplifier and offset adjustment. The maximum operating speed per channel is 480 Mbps, achieving 30 fps at full resolution. Higher frame rates are achievable in row windowing or row subsampling mode. All these modes are programmable via the SPI interface. An on-chip programmable sequencer generates all internal exposure and readout timing. External triggering and exposure programming are supported. Extended optical dynamic range is achievable through multiple integrated HDR modes.
