Compatible with ATGBICS SFP-CU-RJ45-C 10/100/1000BASE-T copper SFP transceivers are high-performance, cost-effective modules compliant with Gigabit Ethernet and 10/100/1000BASE-T standards (as specified by IEEE 802.3-2002 and IEEE 802.3ab), supporting data rates up to 10/100/1000Mbps over unshielded Category 5 twisted-pair cable at distances up to 100 meters. The SFP-CU-RJ45-C supports 10/100/1000Mbps full-duplex data links using 5-level Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) signaling. All four cable pairs are utilized, with a symbol rate of 250Mbps per pair. The SFP-CU-RJ45-C provides standard serial ID information compliant with SFP MSA, accessible via the 2-wire serial CMOS EEPROM protocol at address A0h. The PHY IC is also accessible via the 2-wire serial bus at address ACh.
