Description
AAP Gen 7 (TO-240AA) is the next generation of AAP modules, combining excellent thermal performance achieved through an exposed direct bonded copper substrate with an advanced, compact, simple packaging solution, while simplifying the internal structure and reducing the number of interfaces. These modules are suitable for general-purpose high-voltage applications such as high-voltage regulated power supplies, lighting circuits, temperature and motor speed control circuits, UPS, and battery chargers.
