Dual center-tap Schottky rectifier for SMPS and high-frequency DC-DC converters. The STPS20L60C in TO-220AB and D2PAK packages is suitable for high-frequency inverters. For a single diode on its own heatsink, the condition dPtot/dTj <1/Rth(j-c) must be satisfied to avoid thermal runaway. Pulse test conditions: tp=380μs. Power dissipation formula: P=0.42×IF(AV)+0.014×IF²(RMS). Recommended torque for TO-220AB package: 0.55N·m, maximum torque: 0.70N·m. The epoxy resin used in D-PAK and TO-220AB packages complies with UL94 V0, with conduction cooling.
