Descripción
K10B type thermal cutoff (temperature-rated fuse), 10-ampere axial lead. Rated current 10A, rated voltage 250V AC. Covers definitions of parameters including rated operating temperature, cutoff temperature, holding temperature, maximum temperature limit, rated current, and rated voltage, along with electrical characteristics (insulation resistance, dielectric withstanding voltage test), mechanical strength (pull force, push force, torsion), packaging (100 fuses per bag, 10 bags per box for a total of 1,000 units), mechanical dimensions, as well as soldering parameters and related precautions.
Características
- Rated Operating Temperature: The temperature at which a thermal fuse changes its conductive state to open the circuit when a sensing current of 10mA or less is applied as the sole load, with a temperature tolerance of +0, -10℃.
- Cutoff Temperature: The actual operating temperature range of a thermal fuse when a sensing current of 10mA or less is applied inside a thermostatic chamber where temperature rises at a rate of 0.5 to 1℃/min.
- Holding Temperature: The maximum temperature at which a thermal fuse can carry the rated current for 168 hours without actuating.
- Maximum Temperature Limit: The maximum temperature at which a thermal fuse can maintain its mechanical and electrical performance for 10 minutes after actuation without restoring conductivity.
- Rated Current: The maximum current a thermal fuse is allowed to carry and safely interrupt the circuit.
- Rated Voltage: The maximum voltage allowed to be applied across the circuit in which the thermal fuse is installed.
- Insulation Resistance: Measured with a DC voltage of twice the rated voltage, the insulation resistance at the open point shall be at least 0.2MΩ.
- Dielectric Withstand Voltage Test: A thermal fuse shall withstand twice the rated voltage for 1 minute without breakdown.
- Pull Force: A thermal fuse shall be supported without damage, with a pull force of 4.0P (17.8N) applied to each lead for 10 minutes.
- Push Force: A thermal fuse shall be supported without damage, with a push force of 1.0P (4.4N) applied to each lead for 10 minutes.
- Torsion: A thermal fuse shall be firmly supported, with each lead bent 90° at a point 10mm from the thermal fuse body, then twisted 180°.
