The information provided in this document is intended to assist customers with manufacturing setup and integration of SiTime products into their systems. Materials used in the manufacture of SiTime products meet green standards and comply with RoHS and REACH163 requirements. Material composition reports are on file and available upon request. SiTime products do not contain hazardous materials as defined by OSHA, and no MSDS report is required for the use of SiTime products. All SiTime products have been qualified for product type and package in accordance with JEDEC JESD47. Reliability reports are available upon request from your sales representative.
